Unpacking inspection:
After the equipment arrives at the site, after unpacking inspection, it is confirmed that the documents, instructions, and certificates that come with the equipment are complete. The equipment and spare parts should be consistent with the packing list, and the appearance of the equipment should be undamaged.
Inspection before truck-mounted hoisting:
1. Before truck-mounted lifting, you should carefully check whether the lifting part reducer is filled with lubricating oil according to regulations, and whether the traveling part is filled with grease.
2. Carefully read the instruction manual and other accompanying documents to understand the product structure. Check whether the electrical control box is wired according to the electrical diagram, and check the insulation status of the lifting motor and traveling motor.
3. Check whether the fixed end of the wire rope is tightened and whether the plug block is wedged and thermally balanced.
4. Check whether the control button wiring is correct, and the safety rope fixing the button must be installed.
5. According to regulations, the hook must be painted with yellow and black zebra pattern paint, and the hook safety device must be complete.
6. There must be three pressure plates at each end of the wire rope and drum, and the bolts must be tightened.
7. The exhaust device is assembled correctly, and the rising and falling limit switches are installed correctly.
